Australian Qualifications

The Australian Qualifications Framework is the national policy to establish and regulate the quality of all recognised qualifications in the Australian Education and Training system.

The AQF:

  • supports national standards in education and training
  • provides a consistant framework of qualifications that are recognised across Australia
  • enables employers to understand the level and content of each qualification
  • ensures providers are registered and regulated by the Australian Government
